Return Policy

Your Satisfaction is Important to US!

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, just return it for a refund.

1. You may return all products within 30 days (from the date you receive the items) for a refund.
2. We only accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original Boudoir Boutique labels, hang tags and the original packaging.
3. THE BOUDOIR BOUTIQUE is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

4. Please write us through the Contact Us Page if you need to return any of our products, and we will gladly send you a return shipping if we are deemed to be at fault. In the case you have wrongly chosen the size/color/style, a restocking fee will be charged up to $15.00 and it will be deducted from the refund issued to your account.

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 days after we receive your package if the items are in qualified condition. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request. For health and safety reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT items that have any odor or have been cut or removed from clothing labels and hang tags. Damaged, stained, washed, dyed, and modified items may not be accepted for the return. In addition, items not in new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.
