RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original Boudoir Boutique labels and packaging attached. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, items that show any signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, alterations, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange. Intimate garments that have had the hygiene seal removed, as well as clearance or final sale items, are also not eligible for return or exchange.

A restocking fee may be applied to eligible returns to cover processing and quality inspection costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Returns that do not meet our return standards will be declined and sent back to the customer.

For health and safety reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT items that have any odor or have been cut or removed from clothing labels and hang tags. Damaged, stained, washed, dyed, and modified items may not be accepted for the return. In addition, items not in new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.
