Designer fragrances receive additional protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Certain fragrance shipments may require additional handling time due to carrier regulations.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

- Incorrect addresses entered by customers
- Missing apartment or suite numbers
- Returned packages due to address errors
Packages returned because of an incorrect address may require a reshipment fee before being sent again.
6. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

- Tracking Number
- Carrier Information
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
7. LOST, DELAYED & STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the
carrier.
The Boudoir Boutique is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost packages marked delivered
- Theft after delivery
- Weather-related transit interruptions
If your package is missing, please
contact the carrier first. We are happy to assist with claims whenever possible.
8. DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged:
- 1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- 2. Include photos of:
- Product damage
- Packaging damage
- Shipping label
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement consideration.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Country-specific restrictions
